Ivy Trace is independently owned and operated, giving staff and residents ready access to management. Local architect and builder, John Battershell, along with an enthusiastic staff worked diligently to create a warm, home-like residence for folks to enjoy and truly make their home.

In your own apartment, you'll continue to enjoy the activities you enjoy most. Because your neighbors are likely to share your interests, you'll find friends. Our community living room is a great place for friends can meet and chat by our fireplace, play the piano, or watch the "big game" on our large-screen TV.  Ivy Trace is a social experience when that is what you desire or provides quiet time in your apartment.
